He works directly with clients and partners — from the first meeting and problem definition through to a system running in production — and represents the company at industry events such as Astana Finance Days and the South China Morning Post C-Suite Roundtable.
By background, Temirlan is a cybersecurity specialist holding OSCP, OSWE, CEH and RTO certifications. That experience shapes how True Masters works: security is designed into the architecture from day one rather than checked after release. Under his leadership the team won the Meta LLaMA Accelerator.
